在温成形过程中,由于需要达到一定的温度且压力较大,传统的油脂已不能实现有效润滑甚至失去润滑能力,而固体粉末润滑的优点显得十分突出,固体粉末的静态承载特性和环境适应性使其在温成形中广泛应用。本文采用环境可控多功能摩擦磨损试验机,在一定温度条件下进行粉末润滑特性试验来研究载荷、转速对粉末润滑特性的影响,并对摩擦系数、润滑膜表面状况作出分析评价。结果表明:粉末润滑在低载荷情况下,能正常工作,磨损不严重;适当增加载荷,摩擦系数会降低,但表面磨损会加重;适当增加转速可以有良好的减摩效果;同等载荷的情况下,提高转速会加速磨损。

The friction coefficient and the surface condition of lubricant film were analyzed and evaluated. The results show that the powder lubrication can work normally under low load, and the wear is not serious. When the load is increased properly, the friction coefficient will decrease but the surface wear will aggravate. Appropriate increase of the rotational speed can have good anti-friction effect. Under the same load , Increase the speed will accelerate wear.
