目的研究锌-α2-糖蛋白(zinc-2-glycoprotein,ZAG)检测在糖尿病肾病患者血液以及尿液中的意义。方法选取作者医院在2014-1~6月期间住院接受治疗的糖尿病患者共62例,根据尿白蛋白/肌酐比率(urine trace albumin/urinary creatinine,UACR)值范围,分为A组(n=20)、B组(n=22)、C组(n=20),另选取50例门诊健康体检患者为对照组,所有患者均在清晨抽取静脉血5 ml,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)法检测血液和尿液中ZAG水平。结果研究组的胆固醇、空腹血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮、低密度脂蛋白、血液ZAG(P<0.05)和A、B、C三组的尿液ZAG水平均高于对照组,其中A、B两组的尿液ZAG水平与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组的血液ZAG水平显著高于对照组和A组(P<0.05)。结论 ZAG的检测对于糖尿病肾病患者的防治工作具有重要意义,可以在临床中广泛开展应用。
Objective To study the significance of detecting zinc-2-glycoprotein (ZAG) in blood and urine of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 62 diabetic patients hospitalized during the period from January to June in 2014 were enrolled in this study. Patients were divided into group A (n = 20) according to the value range of urine trace albumin / urinary creatinine (UACR) ), Group B (n = 22) and group C (n = 20). Fifty outpatients with physical examination were selected as the control group. All patients were given 5 ml venous blood in the morning and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect ZAG levels in blood and urine. Results The level of urine ZAG in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, including cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, low density lipoprotein, blood ZAG (P <0.05) and A, B, The level of ZAG in the urine of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The level of ZAG in the C group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the group A (P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of ZAG is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients and can be widely applied in clinical practice.
