随着远红外加热节能新技术的迅速发展及其在各行业中的广泛应用,各种远红外设备、远红外材料、远红外器件也层出不穷。仅就其中的加热器而言,目前国内生产和使用的已有十几个品种;每种都有它独特的优点,但也在不同程度上存在某些缺点。对一个烘道设计者来说,如何选用热效率高、热辐射性能稳定、节电多的这种设备,是成功的关键之一。下面再仅就在工程机械烘道设计中选用的SHQ乳白石英远红外加热器来谈一些体会。一、技术特性要求好的远红外加热器,首先应具有很高的光转换特性。也就是说,要求它尽可能多地把可见光和近红外线转换成远红外线。辐射出的远红外线愈多,与之相匹配的物质所吸收的能量也愈多,加热效率也就愈高。其次,产生远红外线的物质,应是不易
