对稻瘟病菌三个杂交组合及一个回大组合的约210个单孢菌株的产孢力进行测定,明确产孢力的变异是连续性的,是由多基因控制的数量性状。稻瘟病菌产孢力平均值约为5.04,个体产孢多少主要取决于控制该性状的基因在其内的聚集情况。同时发现,各组合产孢力平均值间变异程度较小,而各组合内菌株间的变异程度却较大。比较分生孢子及子囊孢子形成情况,发现两条产孢途径没有明显相关性,表明分生孢子和子囊孢子的产生是由不同基因控制的。
The sporulation of three hybrid combinations of Magnaporthe oryzae and a back combination of about 210 monospores was determined to confirm that the variation in sporulation was continuous and quantitatively controlled by polygenes. The mean value of sporulation of Magnaporthe grisea is about 5.04. The number of individual sporulation depends on the accumulation of genes controlling the trait. At the same time, it was found that there was a small degree of variation among the mean values of sporulation in each combination, but the degree of variation among the strains in each combination was larger. Comparing the formation of conidia and ascospores, we found no obvious correlation between the two sporulation pathways, indicating that conidia and ascospores are controlled by different genes.
