目的探讨婴幼儿发中铜锌铁含量的正常水平及营养状况。方法采集婴幼儿发样进行预处理后用火焰原子分光光度法测定其铜锌铁含量,并对测定结果进行统计学分析。结果 0~3月龄婴儿发中铜锌铁含量均处于较高水平,随着年龄的增长至4~12月龄其含量均呈下降趋势,且以锌下降为甚。随着年龄进一步增长至13~24月,其含量略呈回升趋势。结论婴幼儿应加强微量元素的营养补充。
Objective To investigate the normal levels and nutritional status of copper, zinc and iron in infants and children. Methods Samples of infants and young children were collected for pretreatment. Flame atomic spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of Cu, Zn and Fe. The results were statistically analyzed. Results The contents of Cu, Zn and Fe in 0- to 3-month-old infants were all at a high level. With the increase of age, the contents of Cu, Zn and Zn in infants decreased gradually and the levels of Zn decreased significantly. As the age further increased to 13 ~ 24 months, its content slightly upward trend. Conclusion Infants and young children should strengthen the nutritional supplements of trace elements.
