大量有关编史元小说的研究将作品中“真实”与“虚构”进行简单线性划分,难以展现此文类对小说虚构性的复杂呈现。而可能世界理论对小说虚构本质提出新观点。本文应用此理论对编史元小说经典《法国中尉的女人》进行重新解读后发现:作品以叙述者的自我宣称呈现现实世界本身的虚构界面,以语义密度强化虚构世界具备的本体真实性,以通达性展现虚构世界并入真实世界的可能性,从而达到对读者认知施加影响的语用效果。本文借此澄清编史元小说中真实与虚构间并非“非此即彼”的复杂关系,认为编史元小说具有明显的叙事规律性及虚构指向性,其可能世界真值在对读者的施事功效中得以实现。
A large number of studies on the history epic novels make a simple linear division of “real ” and “fiction ” in the works, which makes it hard to show the complicated presentation of this genre to the fictionality of the novel. The possible world theory puts forward new ideas on the fictional nature of the novel. This paper uses this theory to re-interpret the novel “French Lieutenant’s Woman”, which is the classic novel of the epic novel. It is found that the works present the imaginary interface of the real world itself by the narrator’s self-declaration, enhance the ontology authenticity of the imaginary world with the semantic density, Accessibility shows the possibility of a fictional world being merged into the real world to achieve the pragmatic effect of influencing reader’s perception. This article is to clarify the complex relationship between the real and the fiction in the novel of Shih Hsueh-Yuan’s novels, which holds that the novel of Shih-Hsuan Yuan has obvious narrative regularity and fictional orientation, The efficacy of the event can be achieved.
