目的:建立疱疹病毒片的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对制剂中的黄连、栀子、徐长卿、猪胆粉进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC对制剂中的黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果:TLC法可检出黄连、栀子、徐长卿、猪胆粉;黄芩苷在0.097 6～2.440 0μg线性关系良好,相关系数为r=0.999 9,平均回收率100.91%,RSD 1.24%,结论:本法操作简便,快重复性好,可作为本品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of herpes virus tablets. Methods: The contents of berberine in the preparations were determined by TLC. The content of baicalin in the preparations was determined by HPLC. Results: The TLC method could be used for the determination of berberine, gardenia, cochinchinensis and pig gall powder. The linearity of baicalin was 0.097 6 ~ 2.440 0μg, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the average recovery was 100.91% and the RSD was 1.24%. Conclusion: This method is simple, fast repeatability, can be used as the quality control of this product.
