新课改背景下从总体上看被调查教师无抑郁和焦虑情绪,但不同教师个体之间存在差异。新课改后,从总体上看中小学教师抑郁和焦虑情绪水平比课改前呈下降趋势,但仍有一些教师存在着不同程度的抑郁和焦虑情绪。导致其抑郁和焦虑的原因主要有:学生的因素、教师职业特点的因素以及来自教师自身的因素等。
Under the background of the new curriculum reform, the surveyed teachers generally showed no depression and anxiety, but there were differences among different teachers. After the new curriculum reform, the level of depression and anxiety of primary and secondary school teachers generally shows a downward trend compared with that before the curriculum reform, but there are still some teachers with different levels of depression and anxiety. The main causes of depression and anxiety are: student factors, factors of teacher’s professional characteristics and factors from teachers themselves.
