目的研究素心腊梅Chimonanthus praecox var.concolor种子中的化学成分。方法采用柱色谱和重结晶法进行分离纯化并采用质谱、核磁共振等技术鉴定化学结构。结果从素心腊梅种子95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了8个化合物,包括1个新化合物素心腊梅碱(1),1个新天然产物N1,N10-二甲基吲哚基乙胺(2)以及6个已知化合物:10-二十一碳烯酸(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、β-胡萝卜苷(5)、胡萝卜苷亚油酸酯(6)、东莨菪素(7)和对羟基桂皮醛(8)。结论化合物1为新生物碱类化合物,命名为素心腊梅碱,2为首次从天然界发现的化合物。其他所有化合物均为首次从该植物中得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of seeds of Chimonanthus praecox var. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and recrystallization. The chemical structures were identified by MS, 1H NMR and other techniques. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified from 95% ethanol extract of Lactuca sativa seeds, including a new compound, primulin (1), a new natural product, N1, N10-dimethylindolylethylamine 2) and 6 known compounds: 10-icosanoic acid (3), β-sitosterol (4), β-daucosterol (5), daucosterol linoleate (7) and p-hydroxycinnamaldehyde (8). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new alkaloid compound, named as promethamine, and 2 is the first compound found in nature. All other compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
