随着建筑事业的发展,传统的钢筋焊接工艺已不能适应预应力钢筋焊接的要求。现场生产大跨度预应力构件的预应力钢筋接长存在着一个大问题。以往预应力钢筋的接长是用闪光焊接,这种焊接所需电能很大(需100kVA变电设备),一般施工现场(单位)很难满足。气压焊接技术的引进,使现场钢筋焊接的质量提高提供了灵活、可靠的工艺与设备。
With the development of the construction industry, the traditional steel welding process can no longer meet the requirements of prestressed steel welding. There is a big problem in the production of prestressed reinforcements for long-span prestressed components. In the past, the length of the connection of prestressed steel bars was flash welding. This type of welding required a large amount of electric energy (100kVA transformer equipment required), and it was difficult to meet the general construction site (unit). The introduction of pneumatic welding technology has provided a flexible and reliable process and equipment for improving the quality of on-site reinforcement welding.
