西部地区矿产大开发、矿业转型升级发展面临新形势、新要求,地质类专业人才需求多样化趋势明显,地质类专业人才培养挑战与机遇并存。西安科技大学主动适应新形势,立足传统优势与特色,坚持需求和问题导向创新人才培养模式,以应用型人才培养为目标设计教学内容与教学方法,建立多元化考核评价体系增强培养质量,在地质类专业建设改革中进行积极探索与实践,取得了良好效果。
In the development of mineral resources in the western region, the transformation and upgrading of mining industries are facing new situations and new requirements. Diversification of geological professionals is in a clear trend of diversification. Geological professionals have the challenges and opportunities of personnel training. Xi’an University of Science and Technology take the initiative to adapt to the new situation, based on traditional strengths and characteristics, adhere to demand and problem-oriented innovative personnel training mode, application-oriented personnel training as the goal to design teaching content and teaching methods, to establish a diversified assessment system to enhance training quality, In the construction reform of specialties, we have actively explored and practiced and achieved good results.
