我处在开展大质量和大容量的量值传递工作中,常因荷重超出天平最大量限,不能适应工作需要。如用衡量法检定150升的一等金属量器时,只能分次进行衡量,使积累误差过大,满足不了检定精度的要求。为了适应工作的需要,在原50公斤的天平上装设一根副梁扩大量限。经过实践证明,衡量精度比原来分次进行要准确,并提高工效2~5倍。现介绍于下。这种天平的结构如图所示。副梁1上装有四个刀子,即两个承重刀2和3,一个支点刀4,一个力点刀5。6为重心调整铊。支点刀4借吊环7支持在承架8的升降钩9上。力点吊环10通过十字接头11与天平横梁12上的吊环13联接。称盘14悬挂在升降钩15上,再通过十字接头16与重点吊环17联接。
