用TBC-1微机中心视野分析仪对可疑青光眼537眼进行检查,发现有249眼出现了神经纤维束型视野缺损占46.4%,从灰度看(视野缺损总体积)绝大多数为早期改变。视野损害以Seidle暗点、生理盲点扩大及旁中心暗点为最多,在眼压与眼底两顶指征中,有一项有明显改变时视野损害的可能性也明显增多。
