目的通过QCC手法和工具,降低住院药房发药错误率,营造员工团队合作及学习成长的环境,提高本科室人员参与自我管理的意识和解决问题的能力。方法2010年7月~2011年7月,我科设立QCC活动,按品管圈活动的10个步骤实施各项活动。结果降低住院药房发药错误改善前的12.0件/周降低为4.4件/周,下降63.3%。结论在药剂科人员中开展品管圈活动是可行的,提高了药剂科人员解决问题的能力、提升药事服务质量,有效的提高了药剂科人员参与管理意识和管理制度执行力。
Objective To reduce the error rate of drug delivery in inpatient pharmacies through QCC techniques and tools, to create an environment for teamwork and learning growth of employees, and to enhance the awareness of undergraduate staff in participating in self-management and the ability to solve problems. Methods From July 2010 to July 2011, our department established QCC activities and implemented the activities according to 10 steps of QC activities. The result showed that the decrease of 12.0 items / week before hospitalization dispensing errors was reduced to 4.4 pieces / week, down 63.3%. Conclusion It is practicable to carry out QC activities among pharmacy staffs, improve the ability of pharmacy staffs to solve problems, improve the quality of pharmacy services and effectively improve the staffs’ participation in management and implementation of management system.
