本文利用层次分析法,从机场、航线、天气、飞机和机组五个方面建立子指标体系,确定签派放行各个因素对航班安全影响的权重,并根据某航班实例,提出了一种评估航班风险指数的方法。利用该方法,定性的签派放行决策转变为定量的风险指数评估。这能帮助航空公司更科学地监控和理解航班状态,对于提高航空公司安全管理水平具有重要意义。
In this paper, AHP is used to establish the sub-indicator system from five aspects of airport, route, weather, aircraft and aircrew to determine the weight of the impact of various factors on the flight safety. And according to a flight example, an assessment of flight risk Index method. Using this approach, qualitative dispatch decision-making is transformed into a quantitative risk index assessment.
