本文前瞻性地研究了用实时超声检查正常肾上腺及其小肿瘤。所用超声仪为实时扇形扫描仪,探头为3.5MHZ。检查对象分两组,第1组为60名健康人,第2组为13例经CT扫描诊断为肾上腺小肿块。在禁食12小时后仰卧位,并根据情况取左侧或右侧卧位,从前位、侧位和后位进行扫描。如果在肾上方脂肪组织强回声内显示出腺体的低回声,那么可以认为肾上腺显象成功;如果看不到肾上腺,就要从各个平面扫描显示肾上腺区。检查结果如下: 正常肾上腺:60例正常人中只1例体型苗条的
This article prospectively studied the use of real-time ultrasound examination of normal adrenal glands and small tumors. The ultrasound system used was a real-time sector scanner with a 3.5 MHz probe. The subjects were divided into two groups. The first group consisted of 60 healthy individuals. The second group consisted of 13 patients diagnosed as small adrenal masses by CT scan. After 12 hours of fasting supine position, and according to the situation to take the left or right lateral position, from the anterior, lateral and posterior position scanning. If the glands are hypoechoic within the strong echo of the suprarenal adipose tissue, the adrenal gland imaging can be considered as successful; if the adrenal gland is not visible, the adrenal gland region is scanned from each plane.
