目的:使用增强型玻璃离子作为充填材料,对非龋性颈部缺损进行修复的临床疗效观察。方法:选择2011年3月至2012年3月来我院治疗的60例患者的350颗非龋性颈部缺损患牙,将60例患者随机平均分成两组,一组为观察组,使用增强型玻璃离子进行修复,一组为对照组,使用普通玻璃离子进行修复,对两组修复效果进行观察,在半年后、一年后、两年后对充填效果进行随访。结果:使用增强型玻璃离子与使用普通玻璃离子材料进行修复成功率在半年后为98.3%、88%;一年后为93.7%、73.7%;两年后为89.7%、62.9%。经过三个时间段的随访发现,对比具有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:使用增强型玻璃离子作为充填材料对非龋性颈部缺损的修复效果更好,可以作为非龋性颈部缺损充填的理想材料,建议临床推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical efficacy of enhanced glass ionomer as a filling material for the repair of non-carious cervical lesions. METHODS: Forty-five patients with non-carious cervical lesions from 60 patients treated in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, one for the observation group and one for the observation group Type of glass ions were repaired, one for the control group, the use of ordinary glass ion for repair, the two groups of repair effect was observed in six months, one year later, two years after the filling effect were followed up. Results: The successful rate of repairing with enhanced glass ion and ordinary glass ionomer material was 98.3% and 88% in half a year, 93.7% and 73.7% in one year and 89.7% and 62.9% in two years respectively. After three periods of follow-up found significant contrast (P <0.01). Conclusion: The use of enhanced glass ionomer as a filling material for non-carious neck defect repair effect is better, can be used as non-carious neck defect filling the ideal material, it is recommended for clinical use.
