根据连续轧管保证金属塑性整体和芯棒刚性整体的前提,分析了金属和芯棒阶跃加载和阶跃卸载的产生,论证了浮动芯棒钢管连轧的基本特征在于轧制过程是连续的,而轧制状态是断续的。从金属的速度图示、轧制图示和变形区受力图示(变形模型)三个方面对连轧管断续轧制状态进行描述。根据芯棒和金属之间不同的相对滑动,归纳提出了连轧管一切工作机在各轧制阶段通用的四种受力图示作为分析金属变形和应力的基本变形模型。
According to the premise of ensuring the metal plasticity and the rigidity of the mandrel bar by the continuous tube rolling, the step loading and the step unloading of the metal and mandrel bar are analyzed.
