脂环族聚酰亚胺因其独特的结构而具有低介电常数和更好的透光性,满足了近年来高端微电子产业对封装材料的性能要求,而受到愈来愈多的关注。综述了近年来国内外脂环族聚酰亚胺领域的研究热点,就脂环族聚酰亚胺的单体-脂环族二酐和二胺的合成方法进行了系统分类和总结,同时从脂环族聚酰亚胺材料的合成、性能及应用等方面进行了阐述。
Cycloaliphatic polyimides have attracted more and more attentions because of their unique structure, low dielectric constant and better light transmission, meeting the performance requirements of packaging materials in the high-end microelectronics industry in recent years. The research hot spots in the field of alicyclic polyimides at home and abroad are reviewed in this paper. The synthesis methods of alicyclic dianhydrides and diamines of alicyclic polyimides are systematically classified and summarized. At the same time, Alicyclic polyimide material synthesis, properties and applications were described.
