本文以不结球白菜为材料,首次提出了计算低温处理后细胞膜伤害率的公式:MIP=100(Rt-C)/(K-C),改进了低温致死温度的确定方法。试验结果表明,处理温度与细胞膜伤害率之间的关系可以用Logistic方程Y=K/(1+a exp(bx))来描述,消除了本底干扰的拐点温度与植物组织的低温致死温度相一致。用本法测定的离体叶片组织及愈伤组织的抗冻性与田间植株抗冻性调查结果相一致。此方法可供其它植物抗冻性测定时参考。
