用亚急性吸入油烟大鼠中毒模型,观察了睾丸曲细精管各级生精细胞、附睾上皮超微结构改变。变化特点是,精原细胞核固缩、胞质髓鞘样结构;精母细胞、精子细胞、支持细胞核内染色质凝集成块,核膜间隙增宽、凹陷、缺损,线粒体嵴消失、肿胀,光滑内质网肿胀,溶酶体增加;精母细胞核内有包涵物,精子细胞有核溶解,光滑内质网极度肿胀呈空泡状、细胞坏死征象;曲细精管基底膜排列紊乱、扭曲;附睾上皮纤毛紊乱、变短;精子头部畸形。结果提示,油烟对雄性动物性腺具有毒性作用;各级生精细胞的细胞核、线粒体可能是其主要靶位。
