1 引言 江都二站共有8台套机组,改造后主泵采用1.75ZLQ—6水泵,配套电机型号为TL1000—24/2150,总装机容量为8000kW,设计扬程时的单泵流量为10.2m~3/s,效率为73.4%。 虹吸式出水流道驼峰段的改造是二站改造中一项十分重要的工作。对这个关键性的技术问题,做了大量的调研、分析和技术研讨,确定了较为科学合理的改造方案,经试运行,证明出水流道驼峰段的改造是成功的。
