游泳游速的快慢,取决于动作的频率和划水效果,除此而外,身体姿势在游进中始终保持水平流线型是极为重要的因素。当今世界游泳优秀选手成绩优异,并非体力特别强大,而是技艺高强。其中就有运动员在游泳训练中不断完善身体姿势,减小身体的阻力,改进划水效果及加快动作频率的因素。在游泳教学中,对初学游泳的学生观察发现,较大一部分学生的身体姿势很不合理,出理上体高、下肢沉、抬头游进的姿势,身体不能成水平流线型漂浮于水面上而影响了向前游进的速度。游泳的正确身体姿势游泳身体姿势是否正确,有两个因素:一、臂、腹、胸要自然伸展,保持相对稳定的水平流线型。
