高职自动化人才的培养必须对原有教学体系进行工程化改造,逐步建立工程化实践教学体系,着力培养学生的工程化开发能力和职业素质,进而形成一个融基础理论、实训教学、工程实践为一体的整体化培养机制,让学生的基础知识、科学素养、专业知识、创新能力、工程能力和职业素质都得到全面均衡的发展。浙江工商职业技术学院在自动化专业的人才培养中,对工程化实践教学体系的构建进行了一系列的探索,本文对这一教学体系的实践进行了总结。
The cultivation of vocational talents in higher vocational education must carry out the engineering transformation of the original teaching system and gradually establish the engineering practice teaching system so as to cultivate the students’ ability of engineering development and professional development so as to form a system integrating basic theory, practical teaching, engineering practice As one of the holistic training mechanism, so that students’ basic knowledge, scientific literacy, professional knowledge, innovation, engineering capabilities and professional qualities have been fully balanced development. Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Professionals has conducted a series of explorations on the construction of engineering practice teaching system in the field of automation professionals training. This paper summarizes the practice of this teaching system.
