目的:观察二氧化碳(CO_2)激光联合卡介菌多糖核酸、干扰素凝胶治疗尖锐湿疣疗效。方法:将108例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为A、B、C、D四组。所有患者用CO_2激光术将疣体一次性烧灼去除。A组CO_2激光治疗后肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸,同时用α-2a干扰素凝胶涂患处;B组在CO_2激光治疗后肌注卡介菌多糖核酸;C组在CO_2激光治疗后,创面外用干扰素凝胶;D组单纯用CO_2激光治疗。四组均随访3个月。结果:A组复发率为15.15%,B组复发率为37.93%,C组复发率为39.29%,D组复发率为66.67%。四组间复发率比较差异有统计学意义(x~2=13.73,P=0.0033)。结论:CO_2激光联合卡介菌多糖核酸肌肉注射,同时创面外用干扰素凝胶具有很好的预防尖锐湿疣复发的作用,值得临床应用。
Objective: To observe the effect of CO_2 laser combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid and interferon gel in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods: 108 cases of genital warts were randomly divided into A, B, C, D four groups. All patients with CO_2 laser wart one-time cauterization removed. A group CO_2 laser treatment of intramuscular injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid, at the same time with α-2a gel applied to the affected area; B group after CO_2 laser intramuscular BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid; C group after CO_2 laser treatment, wound Topical interferon gel; Group D was treated with CO2 laser only. Conclusion: CO_2 laser combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid intramuscular injection, meanwhile the external application of interferon gel wound has a good effect in preventing recurrence of condyloma acuminatum, which is worthy of clinical application.
