目的 :观察心肌尔康颗粒对病毒性心肌炎的防治作用。方法 :采用小鼠病毒性心肌炎模型及体外抗柯萨奇B3m病毒实验 ,阿霉素致小鼠中毒性心肌炎模型 ,氯化钡、氯仿致心律失常模型 ,蛋清、琼脂致炎模型及心脏血流动力学等试验。结果 :心肌尔康颗粒在体内、外均有抗柯萨奇病毒B3m作用 ,对小鼠病毒性心肌炎和中毒性心肌炎均有防治作用 ,能降低小鼠死亡率及血清LDH ,AST和CK水平 ,改善心电图及心肌的病理性损害 ,以及降低病毒性心肌炎小鼠血清中和抗体和心脏病毒滴度。还有抗心律失常、增强心肌收缩力、抗心肌缺氧、抗炎作用 ,以及能升高大鼠血清IgG水平。结论 :心肌尔康颗粒有抗病毒性及中毒性心肌炎的作用。
Objective: To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of Erkang Granules on viral myocarditis. METHODS: Mouse viral myocarditis model and in vitro anti-Coxack B3m virus experiment, adriamycin-induced mouse model of toxic myocarditis, strontium chloride, chloroform induced arrhythmia model, egg white, agar-induced inflammation model, and cardiac blood flow Dynamics and other tests. RESULTS: Myocardial granules were resistant to Coxsackievirus B3m both in vivo and in vitro, and they had preventive and therapeutic effects on viral myocarditis and toxic myocarditis in mice, which could reduce the mortality of mice and serum LDH, AST and CK levels. Improve electrocardiogram and pathological damage of myocardium, and reduce serum neutralizing antibodies and heart virus titers in mice with viral myocarditis. Anti-arrhythmia, increased myocardial contractility, anti-myocardial hypoxia, anti-inflammatory effects, and elevated serum IgG levels in rats. Conclusion : Myocardial Granules have antiviral and toxic myocarditis effects.
