甜菜根含糖量的多少直接涉及到加工后食糖的成本,为此评价甜菜的好坏,含糖量则是重要的条件。长时间来甜菜生产的经济指标都是以单位面积的产糖量为标准,而构成产糖量的是产量和含糖量两个因子。从工业角度来考虑則以千吨甜菜的产糖量为主要生产指标,所以甜菜根的含糖量就更为重要了。
The amount of sugar beet root directly relates to the cost of processed sugar, sugar beet is good or bad evaluation, sugar content is an important condition. Economic indicators of sugar beet production for a long time are based on the unit of sugar content as a standard, and sugar content is the formation of two factors of yield and sugar content.
