People, always need motivation, without incentives, there will be no motivation, it will lose the confidence and courage to work, study and life. Career achievement is an incentive, praised by the people is an incentive, a huge bonus is an incentive, self-intoxicated is an incentive, in a sense, was overlooked, but also an incentive. In broad terms, motivation is “the negative factors as positive factors,” is “to play a person’s enthusiasm.” Therefore, motivation is the theme of ideological and political work, but also the eternal theme. Incentives have different content in different periods. We had the motivation of “turning a unforgettable Communist Party” in the 1950s; the motivation of “learning from Comrade Lei Feng in the 1960s”; the motivation of “infinite loyalty to the great leader” in the 1970s; the encouragement of “material spending high consumption” in the 1980s . So what kind of incentives should we promote in the 90s under the conditions of a socialist market economy? What is our incentive goal?
