根据 1 994～ 1 998年采集的 85 1个样品研究 ,结果表明 :山东北部近海栉江珧卵巢成熟度依据外部形态观察、切片镜检、卵子结构分析、卵径测量和成熟系数计算等分为Ⅰ～Ⅵ期。生殖腺周年内成熟一次 ,并存在形成、增殖、成熟和休止 4个阶段。产卵期 6～ 8月 ,盛期在 7月上旬～ 8月中旬 ,性成熟年龄 1龄 ,性比 5 3.5 0∶46 .5 0 ,个体繁殖力 1 73.1 0～ 5 381 .5 9万粒 ,单位卵巢重繁殖力 2 84.41万粒 /g。
