得克隆(dechlorane plus,DP)是一种人工合成的氯代阻燃剂,具有顺、反两种异构体(syn-DP和anti-DP),被广泛添加于电线、电缆和电脑连接器、建材等塑料产品中而被美国EPA划为高产量化学物(high production volume,HPV)。由于其产品使用过程中或者废弃后很容易释放到环境中,已成为广泛存在的环境污染物。本研究以大连黄海海域潮间带为研究区域,测定了表层海水、底泥以及大型海藻中DP两种异构体的含量。结果显示,两种DP同分异构体在大连黄海海域潮间带的3种环境介质中均被检出,表层海水、底泥和大型海藻样品中DP的平均浓度分别为(1.54±0.73)ng/L、(0.87±0.18)×10-9干重(dw)和(4.84±1.25)×10-9湿重(ww),f syn值(syn-DP所占比例)分别为0.34±0.06、0.51±0.03和0.18±0.01。表明不同环境介质对两种异构体存在不同的代谢和富集形式。表层海水与底泥中DP的含量线性相关(R=0.849,P=0.032<0.05)。大型海藻可富集海水及底泥中的DP(BCF=21 200±12 300,BSAF=5.93±1.46),其中anti-DP更易富集,具体原因尚待研究。
Dechlorane plus (DP) is a synthetic chlorinated flame retardant with cis- and anti-DP isomers (syn-DP and anti-DP), widely added to wires, cables and computer connectors , Building materials and other plastic products by the United States EPA designated as high-yield chemicals (high production volume, HPV). Because of its products can be easily released into the environment during use or after disposal, it has become a widespread environmental pollutant. In this study, the intertidal zone of the Yellow Sea in Dalian was selected as the study area, and the contents of two isomers of DP in surface seawater, sediment and large seaweed were measured. The results showed that the two DP isomers were detected in three environmental media in the intertidal zone of the Yellow Sea in Dalian. The average concentrations of DP in surface seawater, sediment and large seaweed samples were (1.54 ± 0.73) (0.87 ± 0.18) × 10-9 dry weight (dw) and (4.84 ± 1.25) × 10-9 wet weight (ww), f syn value (the proportion of syn-DP) were 0.34 ± 0.06 , 0.51 ± 0.03 and 0.18 ± 0.01. Indicating that different environmental media on the two isomers exist in different metabolic and enrichment forms. The surface seawater had a linear correlation with DP in sediment (R = 0.849, P = 0.032 <0.05). Large seaweeds can enrich DP in seawater and sediment (BCF = 21 200 ± 12 300, BSAF = 5.93 ± 1.46), of which anti-DP is more likely to be enriched for specific reasons.
