目的:在中职院校开设的《基础护理学》教学实践中,对项目教学法的应用效果进行探讨,并对护理教学中的有效方法进行探索;方法:在中职院校中,随机抽取2个护理班,分为实验班和对照班,分别采取不同的教学方法,经过一段时间的学习后,在期末对各班组学生操作以及笔试成绩进行综合比较;结果:以学生的笔试和操作成绩为对比指标,其中实验班要明显优于对照班,而且实验班各项指标包括及各类、优秀率都明显高于对照班;结论:项目教学法真正实现了课程内容与职业标准的完美衔接,同时也实现了教学过程与生产过程的有效对接,使学生的学习积极性和主动性都得到了显著的提高,有效地提高了教学效率,所以教学方法值得推广。
