为了研究人工诱导海南龙血树Dracaena cambodiana所产血竭的化学成分,该研究采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱对其进行分离纯化,并运用波谱方法对所分离的化合物进行结构鉴定。研究从人工诱导海南龙血树所产血竭的乙醇提取物中共分离鉴定出10个化合物,经波谱解析鉴定为3,4-二羟基烯丙基苯(1)、3’,4’,5’-三甲氧基苯丙烯醇(2)、松脂醇(3)、(2R)-7,4’-二羟基-8-甲基黄烷(4)、(2R)-7,4’-二羟基-5-甲氧基-8-甲基黄烷(5)、(2S)-7,3’-二羟基-4’-甲氧基-8-甲基黄烷(6)、(2S)-4’,7-二羟基-6,8-二甲基黄烷(7)、4,2’,4’-三羟基查耳酮(8)、4,4’-二羟基-2-甲氧基二氢查耳酮(9)和Cambodianin E(10)。抗菌活性测试结果表明化合物1,4,10对香蕉枯萎菌Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cuben,西瓜枯萎菌F.oxysporum f.sp.niveum,棉花枯萎菌F.oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum和烟草青枯菌Ralstonia solanacearum有抑制作用。
In order to study the chemical components of Dracaena cambodiana induced by Artemisia selengensis, the study was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography. Antibacterial activity test results showed that the compounds 1, 4 and 10 against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cuben, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum, The bacteria Ralstonia solanacearum have inhibitory effects.
