本会成立于五○年五月中旬,在十月中旬的第二次委员会议上,选出驻会委员七人,地年多来本会在省人民政府的正确领导下,遵循共同纲领的民族政策,集中力最进行了各兄弟民族情况的调查研究与联络协商等工作。五月间,我们曾组织三个工作组,分赴平涼,天水、临夏等地,宣传政策,瞭解情况,协助常地政府处理了一些具体问题,之后,配合中央西北访问团,往夏河、卓尼、酒泉、平涼等地对各兄弟民族予以亲切的访问。亦相继组织 The council was established in mid-May of 2005.
