为研究泡沫混凝土内部的扩散特性,利用电化学法,对比分析了泡沫混凝土与普通混凝土在不同水温、有无发泡剂以及不同浸水时间等条件下的交流阻抗图谱.结果表明:与普通混凝土相比,泡沫混凝土由于存在内部气孔而具有截然不同的细观结构和扩散特性,表现在阻抗谱上,即为其Nyquist图中的曲线是双曲正切型而非Randles型;通过对泡沫混凝土扩散特性与双曲正切曲线的关联,可以求得扩散系数与扩散层厚度等表征其扩散特性的参数.
In order to study the diffusion characteristics of foam concrete, the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) of foam concrete with ordinary concrete under different water temperature, with or without foaming agent and different immersion time was comparatively analyzed by electrochemical method.The results showed that compared with common concrete Compared with foam concrete, which possesses distinct mesostructures and diffusive properties due to the presence of internal stomata, the impedance spectra show that the curve in the Nyquist plot is hyperbolic tangent instead of Randles type. With the hyperbolic tangent curve, the diffusion coefficient and diffusion layer thickness can be calculated to characterize the diffusion characteristics of the parameters.
