目的观察季铵盐类消毒剂对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的杀灭效果。方法以临床分离的多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌菌株为试验对象,选取苯扎溴铵消毒液和双链季铵盐消毒液,配成不同的浓度,作用至规定时间,利用悬液定量杀菌试验进行实验观察。结果 500 mg/L的苯扎溴铵消毒液和250 mg/L的双链季铵盐消毒液,分别作用30 s,对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的杀灭率均能达到100%。结论季铵盐类消毒剂对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌有良好的杀灭效果。
Objective To observe the killing effect of quaternary ammonium disinfectants on multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii. Methods The clinically isolated strains of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii were used as test subjects. Benzalkonium bromide disinfectant and double-chain quaternary ammonium disinfectant were selected and mixed into different concentrations for a specified time. Experiment for experimental observation. Results The killing rates of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii were both 100% for 500 mg / L benzalkonium bromide and 250 mg / L double-chain quaternary ammonium disinfectant respectively for 30 seconds. Conclusion Quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants have a good killing effect on multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii.
