探讨复方苔藓片是否具有体内抗自由基损伤的作用。方法 将 2 4只金黄仓鼠分为三组 , 、 组每日给臭氧吸入 ,第 组同时每日灌喂复方苔藓片 ,共 40天 , 组为空白对照 ,实验结束时 ,取动物颊粘膜、肺、肝进行常规病理学评价。结果 臭氧吸入未引起仓鼠颊粘膜损伤 ,但肺和肝损伤明显 ,喂复方苔藓片的动物则损伤减轻 ,提示该药可能具有减轻自由基损伤的功能。
To explore whether the compound moss tablet has anti-free radical damage in vivo. METHODS: Twenty-four golden hamsters were divided into three groups. The groups were given daily ozone inhalation. The first group was given daily compound broth tablets for 40 days. The group was a blank control. At the end of the experiment, the buccal mucosa and lungs were taken from the animals. , liver routine pathological evaluation. RESULTS: Ozone inhalation did not cause hamster buccal mucosal injury, but lung and liver damage was obvious. Animals fed the compound bryolar patch had less damage, suggesting that the drug may have the function of reducing free radical damage.
