HLA-G是非经典人类白细胞抗原Ⅰ类基因的一种,在绒毛外细胞滋养层的母-胎界面,以及角膜、胰腺等免疫豁免组织中表达,病理状态如肿瘤、炎症、移植后等也出现不同程度的表达。肿瘤细胞表达HLA-G后通过作用于相应受体或免疫细胞,抑制免疫细胞的功能,从而躲避人体免疫系统的监视和杀伤,且HLA-G的表达情况与肿瘤临床参数具有相关性。该文对HLA-G在肿瘤免疫中的表达、功能、调节机制等的新进展进行综述。
