CT—40机械液压调速器是早年从苏联引进的产品,该产品设计要达到的质量指标不高.其参数整定范围比较窄,暂态转差系数b_t值只有30%,远未达到我国调速器技术条件对b_t值不得少于80%的规定,加上该调速器结构设计上把缓冲器与飞摆针塞直联传动,更使反馈机构容易产生振荡,这是CT—40调节品质较差的症结所在.从国内使用情况表明,CT—40不能保证机组在县级小电网内空载稳定运行,对增减负荷的速动性和稳定性、自动并网等都很不理想,特别是低水头机组尤为如此.国内过去没有相当于CT—40调速器的产品,曾把它广泛使用于中、小型水电站.
