本文利用激光透镜效应在激光束腰前后的反对称效应,以双样品池差分法对Co进行定量测定。单样品池和双样品池的最低可测浓度分别为5ng/ml和2ng/ml。分析灵敏度高于常规的分光光度计法10倍。He-Ne激光束功率为2mw。
In this paper, the anti-symmetry effect of the laser lens effect on the front and back of the laser beam waist is used to determine the Co quantitatively by the double cell differential method. The minimum measurable concentrations for single and dual sample pools are 5 ng / ml and 2 ng / ml, respectively.
