《旅游法》的实施已有两年,实施后旅游企业的诚信经营改善状况值得研究。本文在对《旅游法》关于旅游企业诚信经营相关规定的剖析的基础上,通过网络发放调查问卷,分析了旅游企业在《旅游法》实施前诚信经营缺失的表现,以及《旅游法》实施后旅游企业诚信经营的改善,并根据分析结果,总结出了提高旅游企业诚信经营的对策,旨在有针对性的解决旅游企业的诚信经营缺失问题,促进旅游行业和谐健康发展。
The implementation of the “Travel Law” has been implemented for two years. After the implementation, the improvement of the credit management of tourism enterprises is worth studying. Based on the analysis of the relevant provisions of Tourism Law on the credit management of tourism enterprises, this paper disseminates questionnaires through the Internet, analyzes the performance of tourism enterprises in the absence of credit management before the implementation of the Travel Law and the implementation of the Tourism Law According to the results of the analysis, the author summed up the countermeasures to improve the honest operation of tourism enterprises, aiming to solve the problem of lack of credit management of tourism enterprises in a targeted manner and promote the harmonious and healthy development of tourism industry.
