(1)专利观念已经确立。专利不再是一个陌生的术语,它已进入千家万户,为企业经营者所熟悉。倘若说,8年前专利还是少数中高级知识分子和部分情报人员所关注的对象,那么,今天它已受到各个行业各个层次人士的青睐。记得1981年,有人对我国20个省市、17个专业部系统440个单位的1849名科技人员作过一次有关专利文献利用的调查,其中一项结果表明,40％的被调查者不知有专利文献这一情报源。
(1) The concept of patent has been established. Patent is no longer a strange term, it has entered millions of households, familiar to business operators.
