人力资源是企业的核心资源,是保障国家电网公司实现持续健康快速发展的第一资源。面对复杂多变的内外部形势,为全面实现企业发展战略,国家电网公司围绕人力资源管理的重点和难点,以“三定”“三考”为抓手,深化人力资源集约化管理,努力通过管理创新,进一步提高人力资源配置效率、提高人力资源管理的效率和效益。通过近年来的实践探索,已经建立了一套具有国家电网特色的人力资源集约化管理创新体系。
