通过对湖南 6 4个县 (市区 )全民健身计划纲要第 1期工程实施情况进行调查 ,并将《纲要》实施前后的社会体育工作人员状况进行对比分析结果表明 :湖南社会体育工作人员数没有明显增加 ,与社会需求差距较大 ,且兼职的还占了比较大的比重。相对于湖南学校体育教师来说 ,社会体育工作人员力量就非常薄弱 ,只有采取有效措施培养社会体育专业人才 ,才能促进社会体育的发展与提高
Through the investigation of the implementation of the first phase of the National Fitness Program of 64 counties in Hunan (urban area) and the comparison of the status of social sports staff before and after the implementation of the “Outline”, the results show that the number of social sports staff in Hunan A clear increase, and the larger gap between social needs, and part-time also accounted for a larger proportion. Relative to the Hunan school physical education teachers, social sports staff strength is very weak, and only take effective measures to cultivate social sports professionals in order to promote the development of social sports and improve
