将拓展训练应用于管理学理论教学中,不仅使学生能灵活运用所学理论,在拓展中体味管理的真谛、激发学习理论的兴趣,而且培养了创新思维、团队意识和责任感。本文对管理学实践教学中的隐性知识进行了论述,对管理学教学改革的三个阶段进行了探讨,并就拓展训练在管理学实践教学中应用的起因、过程、反馈以及注意事项等方面进行论述。本研究旨在为管理学实践教学改革提供理论参考和方法借鉴。
