近期随着煤矿开采难度的增加,皮带运输倾角越来越大,原普通DTII型皮带机最大上运倾角只可达17°,已经不能适应现代矿井煤炭运输的需要。我们要研制的深槽型带式输送机是通过增加托辊组的槽深,使输送带挤压物料,从而增大了物料和输送带之间的磨擦力,增大物料之间的内磨擦,以达到提高输送倾角的目的。该型皮带机的设计研究,将从根本上解决大倾角工作面煤炭运输的难题,对于提高煤炭运输效率和安全生产提供可靠保障。
