目的探讨采取综合措施对我院抗菌药物合理用药的实践效果。方法成立医院抗菌药物专项整治处方点评管理小组,规范抗菌药物用药原则,进行药学知识培训,加强微生物实验室建设等,回顾分析2011年7月～12月每月由信息科随机抽取的25%门、急诊、高干药房具有抗菌药物处方,进行点评、分析、整改。结果干预后,点评前不合理抗菌药物处方数明显减少,点评前不合理处方所占比例逐月明显降低,从22.40%下降至4.30%。结论采取综合措施后抗菌药物的使用率显著下降,抗菌药物的临床合理应用水平明显提高,对遏制抗菌药物滥用具有较好效果。
Objective To explore the practical effect of taking comprehensive measures on rational use of antibacterials in our hospital. Methods The hospital antimicrobial drug special rectification prescription review management group was established to standardize the principles of antimicrobial drug use, to carry out pharmaceutical knowledge training and to strengthen the construction of microbiology laboratory. The retrospective analysis was conducted from July to December in 2011, with 25% , Emergency, high dry pharmacy with antibacterial prescriptions, comments, analysis, rectification. Results After intervention, the number of unreasonable antibacterial drugs before the review was significantly reduced. The proportion of unreasonable prescriptions before the review was significantly reduced from 22.40% to 4.30% on a monthly basis. Conclusion The comprehensive utilization of antibacterials after the adoption of a significant decline in the use of antimicrobial agents clinically reasonable level of application was significantly improved to curb the abuse of antimicrobial drugs has a good effect.
