作为精密仪器、机械零部件使用的玻璃纤维增强尼龙-6(以下简称GF/PA-6),很重要的问题是要求其材料必须兼备强度、刚性、尺寸稳定性及耐磨等性能。本文通过力学性能测试、流动性能的测试等实验,研究了石墨填充GF/PA-6后各种物理性能的变化。发现石墨填充后的GF/PA-6其耐磨性增高,线膨胀系数减少,吸水率减少,相应尺寸稳定性也得到了改善。
As a precision instrument, the glass fiber reinforced nylon-6 (hereinafter referred to as GF / PA-6) used for mechanical parts and components, the important issue is that its material must have both strength, rigidity, dimensional stability and wear resistance. In this paper, mechanical properties of the test, the flow test and other experiments to study the graphite filled with GF / PA-6 after a variety of physical properties change. It is found that the GF / PA-6 filled graphite has higher wear resistance, reduced linear expansion coefficient, reduced water absorption, and improved dimensional stability.
