我院近两年用促肝细胞生长素治疗肺结核化疗后肝功能损害28例,取得满意效果,现报道如下:1 临床资料1.1 一般资料:男18例,女10例。年龄18岁～56岁,平均32.6岁。抗结核治疗前肝功能及B超检查均正常,并排除其它肝脏疾患。1.2 肺结核的诊断及治疗:主要根据临床表现、x线、痰涂片等检查确诊。其中Ⅲ型肺结核12例,Ⅳ型6例,Ⅴ型10例。Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型抗痨方案为2HRZS/7HR(H:异烟肼300mg,R:利福平450mg,Z:吡嗪酰胺1500mg,S:链霉素0.75g),Ⅴ型抗痨方案为2H_2R_2Z_2/4HR(H异烟肼600mg,R:利福平600mg,Z:吡嗪
Nearly two years with our hospital hepatocellular growth factor treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis after chemotherapy for liver damage in 28 cases, and achieved satisfactory results are reported as follows: 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information: 18 males and 10 females.
