目的:研究急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)大鼠肾脏Gq/11蛋白含量的动态变化及其意义。方法: 32 只雄性Wistar大鼠尾静脉注射油酸(oleic acid, OA)复制ARDS模型(油酸组),免疫印迹法测定肾脏Gq/11 蛋白含量。结果: 与对照组相比,随时间延长OA组PaO2、MAP逐渐降低(P<0.05 或0.01), BUN、Cr升高(P<0.01),血浆和肾脏LDH活性及MDA浓度增高(P<0.01),血浆ACE活性较对照组降低(P<0.01),而肾脏ACE活性则随时间延长逐渐增高(P<0.01)。OA组肾脏Gq/11蛋白含量高于对照组(P<0.05 或0.01)。结论: Gq/11蛋白含量增加在ARDS并发肾脏损伤中有一定作用。
Objective: To investigate the dynamic changes of kidney Gq / 11 protein in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) rats and its significance. Methods: 32 male Wistar rats were injected with oleic acid (OA) into ARDS model (oleic acid group), and the kidney Gq / 11 protein content was determined by Western blotting.
