平班水电站工程在建设过程中,因地质原因,主体工程施工进度严重滞后,导致大量工程变更和索赔产生。监理机构作为合同管理工作的协调者,在业主授权的范围内,根据索赔事件发生的实际情况,严格按照合同管理程序进行审核,提出意见,使有关经济问题得到较好的解决。介绍了合同内外变更,总价承包项目变更,对因自然灾害、施工干扰引起的经济问题的补偿,赶工奖励,材料价差补偿,设备监造,合同管理,以及索赔与反索赔等方面的情况。
During the construction of Pingban Hydropower Station, due to geological reasons, the progress of construction of the main project lagged seriously, resulting in a large number of engineering changes and claims.
